Melody Jurick was born and raised in Richardson, Texas, where she was creatively influenced by her active involvement in her family's interior design firm, Cam Owen & Co.

She received her Bachelor of Interior Design degree from Texas Tech University and has combined her knowledge, experience, and love for beauty, fashion, and design to create Melody Jurick Designs.
